Susan, with her calming voice, begins with relaxation techniques: using soothing music, chimes and a guided imagery to transport the client to a safe and secure place where the conscious and subconscious minds can coexist.

The client can vividly feel what he/she experiences in trance, yet at the same time speak out loud in a normal voice. The client is lying down, fully clothed, covered with a blanket to create a sense of security and peace.
