Guided Meditation

Working with individuals or with a group, Susan will create the calm environment needed for meditation, and then lead the group with soothing words and time for reflection. Guided meditation sessions teach the participants how to relax, and release their tensions, and over time they’ll be able to take themselves to that quiet place and regain their inner peace.

She is deeply passionate about the work she facilitates and is respectful of where each person is on their spiritual path. She takes great pride in creating a safe, comfortable and peaceful haven where you will totally “Relax, Release, and Renew” your mind, body, and spirit. Her uplifting perception of life and genuine caring spirit will aid you in accepting and loving yourself right where you are.
